Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Caring for them has always felt less like a job and more like something I was naturally meant to do. I’ve had a passion for animals since I was little, and over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn that passion into years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats in all kinds of settings. I’ve been pet sitting for several years and have also worked in veterinary medicine, grooming salons, and doggy daycares, giving me experience with everything from everyday care and companionship to grooming, enrichment, handling, and recognizing the little signs that a pet may need extra attention or reassurance. I’ve truly done just about every job under the sun when it comes to the care and well-being of dogs and cats. Every experience has taught me something new about how special and individual each animal really is. When your pets are in my care, my biggest priority is making sure they feel safe, secure, loved, and completely comfortable. I understand that being away from their people can be stressful, so I do everything I can to create a calm, positive environment where they can relax and feel at home. Whether that means playtime and cuddles, sticking closely to their routine, giving them plenty of patience and reassurance, or simply being there as a comforting presence, I treat every animal as if they were my own. To me, pet sitting is about so much more than feeding and walking, it’s about earning their trust, keeping them happy and cared for, and giving their owners peace of mind knowing their beloved pets are in loving, experienced hands.
