I'm a recent retiree who has cared for pets and housesit professionally for the last decade-plus. Have 2 dogs of my own and a long list of satisfied off-Rover clients (see reviews). Judith was wonderful! She is warm, professional, and has such a calming presence that our pups felt comfortable with her right away. Communication was quick and easy, and she really went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for and not left alone too much. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.
I was so nervous about leaving my nutty pup with anyone and never had before Judy. Judy was kind but firm with Maizie, meaning she didn't give into her jumping around and trying to get attention. Judy is a gem and I WILL book with Judy again, no doubt about it. Judy, thanks for help, it really gave us peace of mind.
I could not recommend Judith more, she was so accommodating, easy to deal with and even came twice before she was booked to dog sit to get to know our nervous rescue dog. Judith sent regular updates whilst we were away ensuring that we didn’t have to worry and left the house immaculate when she left. We have already booked Judith for our next trip. Thank you so much!!
Judith stayed with our two dogs over the Thanksgiving holiday. She came to meet the dogs beforehand and they were immediately comfortable with her. She came by to pick up the house key and it was obvious that both dogs remembered her and were happy to see her. She was easy to reach throughout our time away and communicated regularly. We give Judith a hearty five stars and would love for her to stay with Rooney and Ellie again in the future.
Judith has watched our 5 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats a number of times and she is the best! She has stayed overnight while we were out of town so that our fur babies could stay in their home and be safe and well taken care of. She is so good with animals and very conscientious. Judith is also a great communicator and she is our go-to person whenever we need to be out of town without our pets. We are so lucky to have found Judith!
Judy has a special gift. She understands pets and they understand her too. She possesses an incredibly patient demeanor, which adds to the calm she brings into any situation. This is especially positive when it comes to your pet. They feel calm and happy when Judy is around. They feel taken care of and loved.

Having recently retired from full-time work, my attention will be devoted fully to your pet and their needs. I'm happy to be flexible to whatever schedule you most prefer.

I am a very considerate houseguest. I try to make as little an impact on the home as possible (I even bring my own trash bags!) while making sure the pets feel secure and cared for.

A typical day
I am a pro at fetch and love to run around with dogs in the backyard. Then we might grab a treat and hang out in the sun together. After, we can watch some TV and I will make it feel like there is a warm presence in their home so they don't get so lonely without their parents.
