Life’s experience of animals
I have had many years of experience looking after large dogs that need extensive walking and training. Throughout my childhood I have lived in a household full of various animals such as rats, German Shepherds and Rottweilers and Labradors, ducks, chickens and geese and mother cats and their kittens. I was responsible for feeding the cats and changing their litter trays multiple times daily. With the dogs, I would take them on long regular walks ensuring that their daily exercise needs were met. Alongside this, play time was key such as throwing sticks and balls for the dogs to engage with. I would also use chew toys such as tug of war to strengthen the jaw. I would also be responsible for feeding my dogs raw meat, specifically to the breed. Whilst doing this, I would ensure of their table manners before eating; demanding a paw and to wait until commanded prior to feast! Not only have I looked after my own animals, neighbours have seen my attentiveness and have asked me to look after their dogs when on holiday.

Jude was great with our cat Carlos. He made us very comfortable on our holiday thanks to his regular communication, quick responses and flexibility. We could tell he and his family made Carlos their priority over his stay there. I would definitely book with Jude again and will recommend him to our friends as well.
Jude is extremely knowledgeable on looking after animals. He looked after my two greyhounds prior to him going off to university. He knows how to exercise larger dogs and my dogs love being in his patient care. He understands dog’s behaviours and traits.

Schedule
I have a part time job, however it is only three days weekly so lots of availability. Also my mother who has experience growing up on a farm will be home often.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a garden and large enough home for many different sizes of dogs. I can supervise your dog when needing the loo. The area is extremely quiet and safe, with minimal traffic down my home road. The property itself is safe.
A typical day
I am attentive and nurturing with animals. I also have many years of experience to discipline and keep your dog safe whilst playing and giving them freedom to explore. Gheluvelt, landsdown, fort royal and parks are all within walking distance. Also on , I can take your dog to the racecourse on longer walks and give them a variety of areas to explore and play.
