Sausage had a great stay, he came back really happy and chilled. Great communication throughout, would absolutely book again.
Amanda juanjuan was a wonderful dog carer, with my elderly dog who needed medication, and patience when the medication made the dog pee in her house. She took her out for walks. She had two lovely friendly cats who seemed to get on well with the dog. She was working mainly from home over Christmas, and I was so grateful to be able to spare my dog long car journeys over the holidays. I recommend her highly. Catherine.

I had JuanJuan watch my dog Wally while I was away for the day. Overall, Wally was fine, cared for, and things went without a hitch. I will say that (at least on my side) I felt there were some language barriers that did give me some stress because I felt Juanjuan wouldn't have said if she was confused. Arranging pick up and drop off was somewhat confusing (perhaps it would have not been so if I had strictly chosen to go by what my Rover Booking said, as opposed to presenting her several options); I also saw in a photo that she may have been confused over some of the instructions I left, which added some worry on my part. I hesitate to leave this review because technically everything went fine and according to plan more or less, but I do worry she (being quite friendly and nice) wouldn't have communicated if she was confused, which can be a bit stressful as the dog owner.
charlie had a great time with juan juan! there was lots of space to roam and nice grass to sniff around. juan juan was so responsive and punctual as well. both the humans and the dogs had a great experience!
