When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their normal routine and comfort. I always double-check food, water, and medication schedules, and I keep a close eye on safety, like securing doors, leashes, and gates. I respect your space, keep things clean, and make sure your pet feels calm, loved, and safe at all times. If I’m hosting pets in my home, they’ll have a quiet, cozy environment where they’re never left alone for long. I create a stress-free space with plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles, so they feel like part of the family.

Juanè did a really good job taking care of Charlie! He was a very happy dog when he came home. Handed him over to her and could see from the start that it was a perfect fit! Would highly recommend her for future clients, will be booking again! Thanks again!
Overall, Juane followed through on the bookings and cared for Rosie and Maggie. However, I was disappointed because I had specifically booked 30-minute visits at set times to coordinate with another caregiver who was also helping while I was away. Unfortunately, the visits did not always occur at the scheduled times, and the evening visits were much shorter than the 30 minutes I had paid for. One evening visit lasted only 6 minutes and another only 4 minutes, despite both being booked as 30-minute visits. Reliability and timing were important for my pets’ care plan, so this was frustrating. I appreciate that Juane completed the visits, but based on my experience, the service did not match what I had booked and paid for.
June was absolutely great and reliable. My pups were very happy with the care they got from her over the weekend while I was away. My dogs can be a little rowdy and hyper and Juane wasn't phased as at. Highly recommend and will rebook in the future!
Booked Juane last minute and she answered quick! Sent pictures every visit and my boy looked happy! Will book again! :)
Juane was amazing with Lando. I came home to him happy, relaxed, and clearly well taken care of. She kept him active and tired him out, and the photo updates and check-ins gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Super trustworthy, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.
