Juana is amazing!! She is so helpful and kind. I would recommend everyone have her watch your babies!

Juana was amazing with our two pups! They both loved her and she made us feel better knowing they were having fun while we were away for the holiday. Our larger dog is full of energy & Juana played outside with him every time she came over. She also helped us out tremendously and gave our older dog antibiotics the vet prescribed right before we left town. Juana was very responsive and sent us pictures frequently! 10/10 recommend her :)

I was hesitant to post a review as this one is hard... So, here I go. I want to first start out by saying that Juana is very kind and has a heart for animals. You can see how she cares for and loves your animals as much as you do. Juana was so kind to purchase a birthday hat for my golden to help celebrate his birthday while I was away. Why my overall rating was a 3... I wish there was a payment option for the care you received. I booked for overnight sitting (from 9/27-10/07/23), and although she did sleep at my home, I do not feel that is the service I received. Juana would take my dogs out in the morning (maybe 7–10 minutes) and then leave the house around 10:30–11 each day to go let her dogs out. She did mention and ask if it was okay to go to her house 3–4 hours a day, and I was okay with that; however, she would not return until 8 p.m. at the earliest. That means my dogs were let out twice a day (maybe there was a third) and only "walked" once. This also means my dogs were eating at 8 o'clock at night. My chocolate lab ended up chewing on one of my couch pillows because she was left home alone for too many hours—several days in a row. I am not upset at all about the pillow; I am just sad that my dogs did not get the walks they deserved and were left alone for 9+ hours a day (over 10 days). I paid $700+ to basically have someone sleep at my home. That being said, I would recommend Juana letting your dogs out, but not for an overnight stay, depending on your expectations. She has three dogs at home that she also has to care for (which is why I had empathy for her having to go to her home).

Juana was excellent! She dropped in on our 4 cats for a week while we were out of town. I would definitely rebook her the next time we need a cat sitter

This was our first time boarding Sophie. Juana and her husband are awesome. They have the perfect home set up for caring for animals of all kinds. I will be using them in the future for all of Sophie's stays while we are out of town. Thank You Juana

Juana was absolutely amazing! Would definitely love having her watch Izzy again. Izzy is a handful, but means well. She was really good to Izzy and I truly appreciate it, she kept me informed and communicated very well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
