I am a person who truly loves taking care of dogs. I believe they are extremely important members of our lives and our families. Dogs bring joy, love, and positive energy into our home, and they always make us feel happier and more comfortable. I enjoy spending time with them, caring for their needs, and making sure they feel safe and loved. For me, dogs are not just pets, they are loyal companions who make our home a better place.

When I dropped Athena off, I showed the sitter how to properly assemble and disassemble my Impact crate. It was returned with a bent structural rail that wasn't damaged beforehand. After contacting Impact, they confirmed the rail is structural, and the damage is consistent with the crate being forced apart instead of being disassembled correctly. I reached out hoping to resolve it directly, but the sitter initially denied causing the damage, then later offered to pay only half of the replacement cost despite the crate being damaged while it was in their care. After that, communication stopped altogether. Accidents can happen, and I would have appreciated honesty and accountability. Instead, I was left with a damaged crate, had to spend time getting repair quotes, and was ultimately ghosted. If you're trusting someone with your dog and your equipment, I think it's important to know how situations like this are handled.
Juan and Gabriel are amazing! Responsive, proactive, and available. You can see the effort put into their care for our pets. Gabriel always gives me a recap at the end of her stay, especially knowing she’s sensitive to certain food. My dog has never had any large issues. I’ll continue to use Juan and Gabriel to care my dog Lola.
Juan and his son Gabriel were able to watch my bulldog on short notice. They did great, and handled an issue with his foot very well. I would use them again.

Many years ago, I worked as a caregiver, and I have many years of experience taking care of dogs. Through that experience, I have learned how to understand how dogs feel by observing their actions, behavior, and body language. I pay close attention to their needs, moods, and energy levels to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved at all times. Caring for dogs is something I take very seriously and do with patience and dedication.

I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether in my home or in a client’s home. I follow the pet’s regular routine, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, and rest. I pay close attention to their behavior and body language to understand how they are feeling and to meet their needs. I also keep their living area clean, provide exercise and companionship, and communicate with owners to ensure their pets are happy and well cared for.
A typical day
I take them out for walks, play with them, and spend quality time doing different exercises so they stay active, happy, and loved. I always make sure they feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while having fun.
