Juan was amazing! He took care of my Nala and made sure we were comfortable and up to date on everything! He shared pictures and daily updates for us and our Nala loved him as well!! They treated her with so much love, attention, and patience; they spoiled her and paid attention to every detail to make sure she felt comfortable and calm (they followed all of Princesa’s medication instructions perfectly).
