Juan was amazing! He took care of my Nala and made sure we were comfortable and up to date on everything! He shared pictures and daily updates for us and our Nala loved him as well!! They treated her with so much love, attention, and patience; they spoiled her and paid attention to every detail to make sure she felt comfortable and calm (they followed all of Princesa’s medication instructions perfectly). This was our very first time boarding our dogs, Quentin & Lana, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Juan was exceptional from start to finish—warm, professional, and clearly experienced. Over the 5 days, he went above and beyond by sending multiple daily updates with messages, pictures, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind. Our dogs adored him from the moment they met, and it was obvious he knew exactly how to make them feel comfortable and cared for. We are so thankful and grateful for the love and attention Juan gave them. He truly made this experience special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to trust him again.

A typical day
I like to make the time fun and enriching by focusing on activities that both engage and entertain the dog. We might spend time outdoors exploring nearby parks, where they can enjoy a good walk or a game of fetch, helping them burn off energy and enjoy some fresh air. For mental stimulation, I use puzzle toys or hide treats around the house to keep them curious and active.
