I also like to learn about their personality, energy level, likes and dislikes, and what helps them feel most comfortable when you’re away. Details such as leash manners, training cues, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts are especially helpful. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide consistent, safe, and personalized care for your pet.
A typical day
I’m currently a college student which means I have a varied schedule, allowing me to dedicate time to caring for your pet. My days can easily be structured around walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and companionship, so your pet won’t feel rushed or like an afterthought. I’m able to give lots of attention, stick closely to routines, and provide updates throughout the day. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I make sure every pet I look after gets the time, patience, and care they deserve.

Pet care experience
I grew up surrounded by animals, including spending years at a horse barn, which gave me hands-on experience caring for many different animals and personalities. I’ve pet-sat and walked dogs of all ages and energy levels. Along with that. I have trained and competed in agility and obedience with my own dogs. This background makes me comfortable providing both structured care for active dogs who love hikes and runs, as well as calm, attentive companionship for dogs who prefer a slower, cozy pace. I treat every pet I care for as if they’re my own and focus on making them feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

Julie was amazing with communication and took great care of our dog despite some last minute changes to his needs.
Ju-lie was great with Ace. She followed all the instructions and I returned home to a happy puppy. The house was in an almost identical state to how I had left it. Would book her again for sure!
Ju-lie took wonderful care of my cat while I was out of town and kept me updated on how he was doing the whole time!
