Rae's Animal Cave
(Helloo, my profile has two names because I previously had a roommate that helped care for the pets. Now it is just me, but Rover isn't allowing me to take her name off). Ive taken care of a variety of pets (mainly dogs) from a young age. I got my first puppy when I was 5, and by the time I was 10 I was the one in the family that took care of all the dogs including feeding, walking, and house training (including clean up during the process lol). I've kept my fair share of dogs and cats as well as watched the pets of other families, either my friends/family or through services such as Rover. I've safely handled a variety of creature from snakes and lizards to birds and bunny. I love them deeply, and have an overall appreciation for nature and life and I believe it shows with every fur baby that comes into my care.

Safety, trust & environment
Since I am a student I live on campus, which means I can't currently provide care in my home. I have no problem taking care of your baby in your home and i understand how daunting that can be so I'm always open for meet and greets ahead of time. Your house your rules, whatever schedule or special requests you have for your fur baby will be followed :)

Rae was fantastic with my fur family! I have a high anxiety dog and he dealt with my absence very well with Rae's patience and attention. Even my extra shy kitty came out to say hello. I got lots of videos and my mind was at ease while on vacation. I highly recommend!

I boarded my dogs for 10 days with her. She was super communicative! I really appreciated all the updates she sent me as I tend to be on the nervous side with my pups; I felt my dogs were incredibly comfortable with her after seeing the videos sent. By the time I picked them up, they didn’t seem to want to leave haha. She also went out of her way to bathe one of my pups! Thanks so much!!

Schedule
I'm currently a student so my schedule is a bit tight in the morning, however I can be home every 2 hours to provide potty breaks. My afternoons are generally free and overnight is not a problem.
