I am a dog loving young professional who enjoys spending time with all animals. Due to school and residency, I've moved from Florida to Boston, Wisconsin, and now Chicago. I spend a good deal of time traveling around the world and have enjoyed learning about different cultures and ways of life. I am currently living in a building where having a dog is challenging, but I definitely plan to adopt a furry friend in the future. I enjoy spending time bonding with dogs and will be sure to take care of your dog as I would my own. I am prompt, responsible, will respect any preferences you or your dog may have, and will be sure to share anything I notice while taking care of your dog. I have experience training puppies, reinforcing training, administering oral and injectable medications, and caring for senior and/or special needs dogs.

Second time I’ve used Joyce and just like last time, absolutely flawless experience. She took great care of Ozzy, adjusted to some of his newer ‘quirks,’ and provided multiple daily updates while I was out of the country. The peace of mind I have knowing she is here is priceless!

Absolutely excellent experience with Joyce! I don’t board Ozzy and was anxious about leaving my boy alone with someone new, but our previous family options are no longer really options. Ozzy’s getting older and dealing with arthritis, so he requires being carried up and down our stairs - along with daily meds. Previous good reviews for Joyce prompted me to reach out and see if this would work. She was prompt in her response and we had an initial meeting that went well, so we gave it a try. And it could not have gone better. Joyce provided consistent updates, timely responses, and amazing pictures that let me know Ozzy was in good hands, having fun, and so helped any anxiety I had about leaving him. And I came home to an immaculate home and a happy pup! Really pleased with this experience and highly recommend Joyce!
Joyce was so good with our very high maintenance dog. She watched Stevie our whole wedding weekend and was so thoughtful and attentive and communicative. We’d have her watch Stevie any time.
Joyce watching over my dogs gives me such piece of mind when I travel.
