I’ve always had pets since being a toddler but my first experience of having my own pet where I provided day to day care with feeding and such was when I was six years old-my very first cat Friskie. The first pet I ever adored. Fast forward to now, I share a home with my almost 16 year chihuahua mix whom I’ve had since he was only 3 weeks old, my boyfriends senior papillon/maltese mix, a bearded dragon and some fish. In between this time span, I’ve had an abundance of other pets growing up and aspired to become a vet, as any other animal lover would but instead became a manager at a very popular pet retail chain whose name rhymes with Pet Shmo. :) I’ve trained dogs, bathed dogs, I’ve volunteered with 3 animal shelters in NYC and I’ve also worked overnight at a boarding facility in Manhattan where I would not only monitor the dogs there, but also cared for them with feeding, clean up and distributing meds as necessary. I love all breeds and am knowledgeable of an array of them. I don’t discriminate between any of them nor their size. I’d love to walk or babysit your Yorkie OR your Saint Bernard. :) Hopefully they love treats and playtime. I look forward to meeting you. :)
