I Love Your Dog
Note: my dog is with me on housesitting stays:) Dogs are my passion and give my life purpose. I love dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities and have formed lifelong bonds with many of my doggie clients over the years. I have almost never been without a dog in my life and I totally understand how hard it is to leave them when you go away. I will give you peace of mind that your dogs are safe, comfortable, and feel loved by me when in my care. MY DOG ILAH ACCOMPANIES ME ON HOUSE SITTING STAYS. She is the Aussie in the photos - 8 years, sweet disposition, well-mannered, gets along great with dogs and loves humans. She has a way of making even the most shy doggies feel comfortable. Puppies learn from her and old dogs appreciate her gentle companionship. Older dogs have a special place in my heart. I understand their needs for comfort and appreciate the gentleness they offer. No walk is too slow to not be worthwhile and there will always be plenty of time to smell the roses. They will get the attention they need to make every outing a happy experience. I will take impeccable care of your home and give your dogs all the attention they need to feel comfortable and secure. Their safety is my top priority - I will watch them at all times when they are in your yard even if it’s fenced, and they will be safely on their leashes every time we go for a walk. We don’t generally go to dog parks but we do take long on-leash walks every day if your dog is able. Whatever your dogs want is what we will do.

Your dogs’s safety is my top priority - I will watch them at all times when they are in your yard even if it’s fenced, and they will be safely on their leashes every time we go for a walk. We don’t generally go to dog parks but we do take long on-leash walks every day if your dog is able. I will strictly follow instructions for medications.

Joyce is absolutely marvelous! She takes wonderful care of our 2 dogs and our house when we travel, all of which can be challenging. She is wonderful about checking in with notes, stories about the pups and photos. I am 100% confident that all is taken care of when we travel and trust Joyce implicitly. When we get home, the dogs are happy and the house is spotless! I cannot recommend Joyce enough.
Joyce is beyond wonderful! My slightly challenging little old lady (16) and her completely deaf companion (10) are always so happy to see Joyce and seem completely content when we come home. The house is always sparkling clean which is much appreciated! I cannot recommend her enough.
We’ve used Joyce as our pet sitter several times now, and we truly can’t recommend her enough. This most recent stay was the longest she’s had with our dog, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She takes such great care of our pup—not just making sure his basic needs are met, but giving him lots of love, attention, and structure. Joyce is also a fantastic communicator; we always feel at ease knowing we’ll get regular updates and pics. An added bonus is her sweet dog, Isla, who joins her and has been a wonderful influence on ours. They get along so well, and it’s clear that having Isla around adds a positive dynamic. Every time we come home, our dog is happy, the house is spotless, and we’re so grateful to have someone we trust as much as Joyce. Highly, highly recommend!

Schedule
I am retired and able to devote my time 24/7 to the dogs in my care. I will arrange my schedule around your dog’s usual routine so they will feel comfortable with me.

General requirements: Current on vaccinations and exams Current on tick/flea medication Friendly with dogs - must not be extremely food/toy possessive Friendly with humans I am willing to travel outside my service radius for a house sitting stay of 2 or more nights, however I may have to charge a drop-in visit fee for the preliminary meet and greet.
