I’m not really sure what went wrong here. For all of my visits, I only ever received one photo (per visit) and no notes about my cat or how she was doing. I had to keep following up to ask if she was taking her medicine and am still not sure about the last day. The litter box was only cleaned once in four days, and I had asked for the wet food to be thrown away at the end of every visit so my cat wouldn’t get sick, but when I returned in the evening the wet food was still out (leftover from the 8 am visit). Maybe it was just an off visit, but my cat and I are both pretty stressed out.

Joyce did a great job with my cat!
Joyce was a terrific dog sitter who went above and beyond. I am a first time dog parent with a 14 week old puppy who had just come home. Joyce made sure the puppy had a routine, helped with house training and leash training, and crate training. She is detail oriented, caring, reliable and communicative. I hope to use her regularly.
