Come Rover Over!
I’ve started dog-sitting and walking during High School simply because I love animals and it was a way for me to save up for my own. I’ve taken care of senior dogs with complicated food menu, those that need more frequently potty breaks and the shy ones that often need time and space to warm up to strangers. We also have experience working with various animals, personalities and unique needs while providing on boarding and dropping in services for our friends and family. My partner and I adopted our first cat in 2019 which enabled our love for all animals, that much deeper. I would love to pursue to make your pets as comfortable as they can be in our household and ensure that we communicate clearly with you to provide the best services.

Schedule
Currently, I am working in Santa Barbara full time which limits my availability during the day. However, I am open to early morning check ins, evening walks and weekends for services! I work from home 1x/wk so I will be able to provide frequent check ins and walks during my breaks on Mondays!

Safety, trust & environment
Although we are currently living in a pet-friendly apartment, we do not have a big backyard for our animals. We have a cute patio for sun bathing and for fresh air but since we are located in a prime location for walks, we will be utilizing outdoors more!! We have two sweet and shy cats that will welcome other animals but can also be moved into our bedroom, if needed. All animals boarding with us will be welcomed to cuddle on our furniture - unless instructed otherwise. I also provide drop-in services and dog-walking which will be provided with enthusiasm, love and care that I will provide for those who are board. I communicate effectively and will ensure that you’ll have access to check in with your fur babies while I am with them.

A typical day
I focus on making sure they feel happy, safe and loved. I enjoy spending time playing games like fetch, tug-of-war or whatever their favorite toy may be! For dogs who live to explore, I offer fun and stimulating walks with plenty of time to sniff and enjoy their surroundings. If your pet prefers a more relaxed vibe, I’m always up for cuddle time, belly rubs, or simple keeping them company in a clam, comforting environment. Every pet is different, so I tailor my care to their unique personality, routine, and energy level. I also send regular photos updates so you can feel connected and know your pet is having a great time while you’re away!
