Pet Parents CPR First Aid Certified
On April 25, 2026, we both completed the first aid and CPR training for cats and dogs which is valid for 2 years. We can provide the certificates upon request too! My husband and I have 2 cats and 1 dog (two of them used to be stray and one adopted since he was a kitten). We trained them to gradually meet each other and behave well and peacefully at home. They get along very well :). We have cat and dog sitting experience for years. We are also dedicated at doing research for extra knowledge and skills for dogs and cats. Our biggest wish is that they live the happiest and healthiest life we can offer and they are our precious fur babies. When we sit your fur-ball we will make sure we treat them with the same principle and quality. See more details of our experience below: Update May 2025: a big change in our life! We moved back to Boston from Bay Area and are now looking forward to meeting new pets who need our dedicated care :) Update Jan 2023: we just adopted a kitty “Mochi” and a stray but friendly cat “Grey” who used to wander outside of our house. We really enjoyed the cats from our cat services and are now becoming full time cat pawrents! My husband Chao and I have been dog and cat sitting for different friends since 2015. We both love dogs so much and finally decided to have our own dog and adopted “Mocha” when we moved into a house. It’s also one of our best memories to have Mocha as our dog of honor when we got married in early 2021!!! We truly want to be the best pawrents on earth so our dog can live his best life. We keep in mind the 5 key elements we learned from the dog trainers: exercise, training, socialization, care, and affection. We like to take our dog everywhere, eg. parks, hiking trails, and trips. The reason we wanted to become Rover sitter is that we want to help people’s pets when in need and bring our love to them and the community. As Luke 10:27 says “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

We always do a meet and greet first, take notes and strictly follow client’s instructions, send out reminders before the visit to confirm key details and provide timely updates throughout the visits. We also watch your pets carefully and reach out immediately if there are any questions or concerns.

Wonderful cat sitters: conscientious about following all care instructions, very caring toward cats and tried different ways to to engage and build their trust, provided detailed updates and pictures/videos daily, and great communication throughout the process. Thank you so much Joyce & Chao for taking care of our cats while we were on vacay. You did an amazing job! They are easy to communicate and super responsive. I received tons of photos/videos and very detailed notes everyday. I can tell from the photos how much our cats love them - they were relaxed with happy faces and loved being rubbed. Also Joyce cleaned up the litter box area and brought in packages for us. They are really great sitters that you can trust and build long term relationships with!
Joyce and Chao took such great care of our baby miu miu. I highly recommend them! They wrote very detailed daily reports and took lots of photos. We felt really secure that miu miu was being taken care of during our trip. Thanks so much!
Joyce and Chao took care of our cat in a trustworthy & caring manner. We received video updates each visit. In addition Joyce brought inside any packages as well as helping us to unplug some appliances we forgot to. We also appreciate the schedule flexibility of every-other-day visits.

Schedule
We are both working from home and available for short walks on weekdays and long walks & hikes on weekends. We can also provide drop in visits for both dogs and cats at your place.
Prices include all fees.
