Pet care experience
Loving family with big grassy yard!
We love animals and they love us! Our dog gets along great with all kinds of dogs. He loves to play in our big, grassy backyard with friends! Plenty of shade, water, and toys. If our doggos need a break from each other it’s easy to separate them. Milo is a sweet, playful, 30-lb Shepherd/Collie Mutt rescued from the mean streets of Riverside County. We have 2 cats who mostly ignore doggos.

Joy and Zach (and Milo 🐾 ) were wonderful hosts to our golden, Macy. They took such good care of her. She had a fellow furry friend to play and hang with and humans to play and love on her. They were attentive, sent us plenty of pictures and updates and treated her to fun activities. Highly recommend!! 🙌🏼

Calendar and availability
Schedule
Zac works during the day and Joy works in the afternoons, so one of us is always home with the pets. We do daily walks and occasional visits to the dog park or dog beach. On weekends we enjoy hiking with the dogs on dog-friendly trails, and strictly follow Leave No Trace principles.

Safety, trust & environment
Between us, we have over 50 years of animal experience, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, snakes, goats, and horses. We have a large, grassy, fenced yard with plenty of shade. Dogs are welcome to hang out on our patio furniture. If you want to bring a crate, I can easily crate your dog if they’re crate-trained. Dogs are fed separately.

A typical day
Milo says: We love to play ball, tug-o-war, and just run around and chase each other until we slurp up tasty fresh water and flop down in the shade, panting happily! Mama loves to pet us and sometimes even lets us cuddle on her lap. When my friends stay all day, we go for walkies together. Sometimes we go to the dog park together and play with new friends! We also love going to the beach and racing along the sand.
