Joy and Musti are absolutely lo ely! Our little Charlie can be a handful with needing constant attention and cuddles, they not only stepped up to the challenge but welcomed them into their home with open arms. Schedule
Aside from Monday and Wednesday mornings, we both work from home (or anywhere) with a flexible schedule and can do drop-ins and walks almost any time of the day. Our weekends are usually open, except they can fill up fast, especially during the holidays, when we have multiple walks and drop-ins. We have a 4-year-old who’s well-behaved (seriously—she’s REALLY good with pets) and an animal lover through and through. She’s at preschool Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If one of us is house-sitting, our daughter stays at home (or may stop by during the day if it’s allowed).

Joy and Musti both have active PCI Pet Care Insurance and are both currently in dog training school! At the moment, Joy is doing overnight house sitting, and both Joy & Musti are doing boarding, walking, and drop-ins. If there is a dog Joy is sitting that Musti can also take care of, he may do some walks. When we take care of pets - it's all about what the pet parent wants. We've taken care of dogs that need to be taken out every hour, that need to run round, that need a quiet space, that need cuddles, that need slow walks, that need to be run, that need a billion meds.... the care we give will be what you need us to give and nothing less. Joy loves taking care of strong dogs, but if you have a larger dog that PULLS on walks: we can board them or Musti can walk them. If you would like us to sit them, Joy can stay overnight but Musti would do any walks. If you want to board your pup - we would be thrilled. We said goodbye to our almost 15 year old bestest lab/golden boy in the world December 2025. We miss having a dog in the home. We can take more than one dog at a time, but if the dogs are from different owners, we will always check to see if that's okay. We don't have a crate, but we have 2 (large) dog beds, food and water bowls (both raised or not), brushes, and plenty of poop bags. We have a fenced in very private backyard with plenty of space to run around and play fetch. We never let dogs outside unless one of us is also outside. For boarding or sitting: We will always confirm how long your pet can be left home alone unattended and stick to what is asked for, and since there is at least one of us working from home every day of the week, it is extremely rare when we will both be away for more than 4 hours at a time (even in the evenings, we are homebodies). If you want house-sitting and don’t need overnights, ask about our discount! Lastly, we do not take dogs in our car anywhere unless the owner specifically asks for it. No dog parks or field trips. We love walking dogs around the neighborhoods that we live/sit/walk in!

Because we work from home, we're able to get good cuddles or give physical attention to whatever creature we're looking after- and since we're generally in front of computers we need to get outside and walk as well.

- If your dog has needs beyond standard care, rates may vary. This could include dogs who need to go out hourly, have frequent accidents, are not trained on a leash but need walks, or require more than 5 miles of walking per day. If you’re booking for a puppy, no worries — if you have plugged in their birthdate correctly, Rover automatically applies a separate puppy rate.
