I’m retired and my little dog Gus (Chihuahua mix) and I need a job that I (finally) can love 💕. I’ve had ALL kinds of animals my whole life, and sad to say, but I like them more than most people.😬

You couldn’t have a better “home away from home” spot for your pet! Joy quickly figures out your pet’s personality/traits and goes above and beyond to make them comfortable and at ease in a new surrounding. This was our dog’s first stay with Joy - we’d definitely request Joy again!
Joy has become our go-to dog sitter. She loves Tommy up and keeps us updated on his stay at her house. She has a perfect fenced back yard for him to run around in. He’s always happy when we drop him off. He seems to have fun at Joy’s!
Harlow was so well taken care of! You can tell Joy truly finds such joy (pun intended) in caring for not only her own dog but others as well ☺️ we will be returning!!
Really felt like I could trust Joy with my fur babies. She sent update photos and videos throughout our time gone. Would recommend!
Joy seems to treat the dogs she cares for as her own. She has that "dog whisperer" quality. We were greatful that she was able to take our pup for a half day on relatively short notice. Joy was watching several other dogs and they all got along. It was like a canine party in her fenced back yard. Clean and thoughtful digs. Professional.
Joy is the best. Nice fenced yard with thick grass and she loves up our needy dog adding extra padding to his skinny dog bed. Thanks Joy!

Schedule
I’m retired, so I’m here all the time. Occasionally I take an overnight road trip, but not often. I take my fur baby on long walks twice a day and there’s a doggy door to get into the fenced yard with plenty of squeaky toys.😁

I have a fenced yard and a Chihuahua mix named Gus. He has a sweet disposition and loves everyone. I have beds/blankets everywhere but no crates. If you need me to use one, you’d have to bring it with you.😊

A typical day
Chasing balls and squirrels in the back yard. Chasing balls in the house. Practicing commands and tricks. Staring out the window and napping on the window seat.
