Joy is an excellent dogsitter. We appreciated all the pre-work and preparation that she suggested to make the experience safe and happy for both the dogs and the humans. When our original pet sitter had to cancel within just a couple weeks of our long-planned vacation abroad, we popped onto Rover and began looking for someone to take care of our pets. With not just our dog, but also two bunnies, we needed someone who was experienced with rabbits too! We saw Joy’s posting and reached out. Even though she was leaving for her own trip, she squeezed in a last-minute visit to meet with us, which we greatly appreciated. We felt very comfortable leaving our little guy and girls in Joy’s care. Joy was wonderful in keeping us up-to-date with a nightly report and photos. It was so comforting knowing that our pets were in such good hands and we didn’t need to worry. She followed all the details on the notes we left and asked questions when she had a few. We came home to a well-kept house and happy pets! So glad we found such a caring, trustworthy, and reliable sitter. Thank you again!
Joy was a great sitter, she went above and beyond our expectations. We got daily updates and photos and our dogs seemed happy and well taken care of. The house was spotless as well. We would highly recommend her and use her services in the future.
