Joy, Joe and Scout were absolutely wonderful with our Mia girl! From the very beginning, they were communicative, professional, and incredibly personable. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure Mia felt comfortable and well cared for while we were away. They were also very accommodating and worked around our schedule for both drop-off and pick-up, which we truly appreciated. An added bonus was getting to spend a little time chatting with them—they are genuinely kind, interesting people, and the great conversation made the entire experience even better. They kept us updated throughout Mia's stay with messages, a photo, and even a video, which gave us such peace of mind. The best part was seeing Mia's affection toward Joy when we picked her up. In such a short amount of time, they had built a bond and earned her trust, which meant the world to us. Leaving your furry child with someone else can be stressful, but Joy and Joe made the entire experience easy and worry-free.
