Joy was amazing with my dog Theo! I’m usually very nervous about leaving him with someone new, but Joy let us come by for a meet and greet prior to my trip. I can honestly say after meeting her I had no doubts and felt very comfortable leaving with him in her care. Her communication was great and she made sure to send pictures and all updates. Her dog Fang was also a sweetheart and got along great with Theo. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt at home and I could tell he loved being there. I will not hesitate to rebook in the future and very thankful I found her!

Joy was able to accommodate my last minute request, and took excellent care of my pup Indy! Joy has a nice spacious, fenced in yard for dogs, and is very accommodating with any special requests or instructions. I would highly recommend Joy to anyone looking for a dog sitter in Pensacola area, I definitely will be going back in the future.

Joy was absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! We had a unique situation with our dog, Pongo, and Joy went completely above and beyond to help us every step of the way. She was patient, understanding, flexible, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out perfectly. Throughout Pongo’s stay, Joy kept us updated, gave him so much love and attention, and treated him like he was part of her own family. It was obvious from the photos and updates that he was having an amazing time, and when we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Finding someone you can completely trust with your pet is priceless, and Joy exceeded every expectation we had. If you’re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and truly loves animals, look no further. We will absolutely be booking with Joy again. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Pongo—you are the best!

Joy took care of my girl very well! I knew she was in great hands and highly recommend. She’s also a very nice lady!

This was the first time we have ever left Paco & Chica. Joy did an excellent job with them, she bonded with our babies as if they were her own. Our cats, Abby & Rocco don't require much care but Joy took excellent care of them too, she even cleaned up the litter they tracked everywhere! We developed a great relationship with Joy and will definitely be using her again! Thanks again Joy for helping us enjoy our trip without worrying about our babies.
