I live in Columbia but for the summer I am spending my days in Union. I am from Hermann and work there as well so I am willing to drive to take care of your furry friends. I work from 9am to 3/4pm (depending on the work load I could get done earlier) and I don’t have set days I work but I have plenty of time to spend with your pets.

I know some animals can be difficult but I have patience to take care of them. Kindness and compassion are two things that animals need from us and I give them all of it. I will care for your pets based on all the information you give me and if I have any questions I will ask. I also have many friends with animal experience who can help me out if needed. I won’t mistreat your home and will clean up after myself as well as keep it cleaned. I can keep your home and pets safe.
Information Jovie G. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to know if your pets need certain medications and how you usually give it to them. I have no experience with shots or anything like that. I have had experience with giving a dog its medicine hidden in food/treats. I also like to meet the owner and the pets before petsitting as well as getting a small tour of the house. If the pets need anything like medication I prefer if the owner can show me what they do so then I feel more comfort doing so. I want to make sure that I feel safe taking care of your animals because these are your children and I want to be as precautious as I can be. Let me know anything I might need to know.
A typical day
I like to play with them whether that’s with their toys or sticks. I love entertaining dogs and keeping them active. I also love snuggling with them and taking them on walks.

I have helped raise two dogs growing up, one cocker spaniel and one golden retriever. I have also somewhat raised outdoor cats. I’ve pet sat for over 5 cats and 3 dogs. I love taking care of animals and becoming buddies with them. Big dogs do slightly intimidate me so I would like to stick to small to medium dogs. My boyfriend and I are also taking care of his brothers cat at the moment so that gives me some entail on how to care for a cat.
