Jovanna has been a pet sitter for nearly a decade caring for my multitude of cats. She is highly reliable, communicates well, and is often available on a last minute basis. With the plethora of cats that I have and all their very specific instructions for each one, she is thorough and detailed. It's very hard to leave out of town without a trusted pet sitter. Jovanna gives me peace of mind. She has also assisted in some crazy house situations that have happened while away such as a busted valve outside with the hose spicket during the freeze a few years back. If it weren't for her, I would have had a terrible mess to come home to. Definitely recommend! You won't be disappointed.
