Jovanna is a great, loving pet sitter that truly cares. I really appreciated her flexibility as well. She has taken care of my kitties on multiple occasions when it was last minute due to work related trips. She is passionate about what she does and does not hesitate to see what can be worked out in order for my kitties to be taken care of.
