I can’t recommend Joumana enough! She takes such great care of my Toby while I’m away and treats him like he’s her own. Joumana and her daughter are the best! They are so loving and caring! They took care of my dog, Toby for 12 days while I was overseas and treated him like he was their own. He went on many daily walks and received a lot of personal attention. Joumana was always available and responsive. She sent me daily photos to keep me updated on how he was doing. I felt at ease knowing that he was with her. During pickup, I could tell that Toby had also taken a liking to her and that they had formed a friendship. I highly recommend Joumana and her daughter as dog sitters and will definitely use their service again.
Joumana was very responsive from first contact. She had read my instructions for my dog so when I arrived she already knew what to do. She walked my dog consistently and sent pictures. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with Joumana - Recommended 100%!
My dog seemed really good when we picked him up. I might not use this sitter again because of the stairs up to her apartment. I could not climb them to see what the place was like, what other dogs may have been there etc.
