I am a service dog handler and professional service dog trainer as well as therapy dogs, behavior modification dogs, agility, and family pets. I view animals as members of the family and feel they deserve that level of care. Let me know how I can help support your pet's needs! I am regularly available during the day and some evenings. I have a mostly flexible schedule so I'm very available to help meet your pet care needs. I truly feel that it's a privilege to be trusted with someone's pet(s) and access to their home. It's important to me that I follow your rules and wishes so that you are satisfied with the care you receive.

As a professional dog trainer who grew up on a farm and has always had a multitude of animals, I have gained many skills. I know the basics of care, but I also know how to read body language, bond, stimulate your pets, and teach them manners/tricks.

Josie is the best! We are so lucky to have found her! She walks Sully and gives him attention on the days I’m not able and she’s great with him. She’s calm and reinforces his positive behaviors and works with him since he’s still a puppy. He’s a large, playful, energetic Saint Bernard and Josie meshes fabulous with him.
I could not be more pleased with Josie’s care. She really takes the time to get to know what her needs are and pays attention to how she reacts to certain situations and activities. Piper is usually a very timid dog with new people, but with Josie I know she will be in great hands and do not have to worry. She is also great at communicating how things went and any ideas she has for next time. Highly recommend Josie.
Josie is my absolute go to as my dog sitter/walker. Josie has years of experience as a dog owner herself that shows by how Josie treats my dog. My dog always is happy to see and spend time with Josie. Due to my dog’s allergies medication is a part his care and Josie has no problem with administering it on a timed schedule. I appreciate and am grateful for the care and attention my dog receives while in Josie’s care
Josie has cared for my dog many many times, and will continue to be my preferred person to watch my dog on a regular basis. I have utilized Josie for going out of town, day watch, or walking my dog when I haven’t been available to do so. Josie loves all dogs, yet is firm with how they behave in public and around other dogs, therefor helping to make my dog feel comfortable and confident in all settings. I recommend Josie highly to care for, watch and walk your dog(s).
