Josie was great! She did everything that I asked! She was on time, and my Moose man loved her!

Josie was very nice and great with updating us on how both of babies were doing. I really appreciated all the pictures, however this was a very bad experience and I would not use this individual again. To begin with, I made sure to talk about drop off and pick up times before paying to ensure there wouldn't be any issues. I was planning a small trip with my family and we needed to be on the road at a specific time due to timed activities and a long drive. My husband spent over 20 minutes knocking at the door and calling to get ahold of someone before he decided to come back home, so we didn't get to leave on time. Then on the trip, which was a simple overnight, I received a message from the sitter about needing to watch another dog so I had to cut my trip short even though the pickup time was discussed prior. The last straw was on the way back to pick up my babies, I was informed my puppy who we just bought a new bag of food for was now completely out because she let my older dog eat up her food because she didn't want him to "starve". Kujo has never starved a day in his life and has been actively eating his food for over a year now. I will admit, after getting the new pup, Kujo has been trying to eat Blanca's food which he knows better and has no problem eating his own. I have no issue going and buying some more food for Blanca which I feel like I shouldn't have to, but most importantly, she completely messed with Kujo's diet. Anyone that knows dogs knows you shouldn't switch up their food. Overall I feel like the individual was trying to make up for the time issues with the updated photos and messages which I am thankful for but I would not rely on them if you want to have a problem free experience. Second time using Rover and first time ever posting a bad review about anything. It's unfortunate.
