I do not currently board within my home. I offer drop in visits at clients homes in which the pet is able to feel comfortable while their family is away. I spend at least 30min in the home to ensure potty breaks, food is given, and playtime is achieved. Parents are able to add on more time to this visit for higher energy pets or simply to give the furry bestie some more people time.

I always prefer to conduct a meet and greet before sitting a new pet :) Its important to know the pet is ok with a stranger entering their home or their crate behaviors if they will be crated. Any special diet restrictions or areas of the home pet is not allowed
A typical day
I will take the dogs on walks around their neighborhoods, to local parks and mountains if permitted. We will have fun staying stimulated with training activities and constant playing. After a fun filled day we will relax and settle down with some light brushing and grooming needs.

Pet care experience
I have cared for animals for the past 15 years and branched out my abilities to not just be able to provide basic needs such as food, water and bathroom breaks but to excel in every aspect with the animals. I was trained via Petsmart as a professional pet stylist in 2012 and continued this career at Petco where I was cross trained as a Dog trainer in 2015. As a pet care associate I learned how to tend to a dogs nutritional values as well physical needs. I also attended the Animal Behavior College to become a Vet Assistant. I have experience caring for special needs dogs and tending to seniors. In the past I have administered medications via injections, orally, and optically. I have been told that I have a "natural ability" with animals and have yet to find a pet that hasn't come around to me.

Josie was on time, had a very pleasant personality and performed her work efficiently. She made friends with our "fraidy" cat and clipped her nails in minutes. Very impressed!
