Joshua can care for
Availability
Currently, I’m in between jobs, which means I have a very open and flexible schedule to care for your pup throughout the week. I’m available most days, mornings or evenings—just not Sundays, as I observe the day for church and rest. Your dog will always get my full attention when they’re with me!

Safety, trust & environment
When I walk your dog, their safety and happiness are my top priorities. I use secure leashes and harnesses, avoid high-traffic areas, and pay close attention to each dog’s pace, energy level, and comfort. Whether it’s a slow sniff-around-the-block or a playful, active walk, I tailor the experience to your pup’s needs and treat them like family every step of the way.
Information Joshua V. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, reactivity, or specific walking behaviors I should be aware of—like pulling, anxiety, or sensitivity to other dogs. I want to make every walk enjoyable and stress-free for both of you. I’m also happy to follow any training commands or routines you’re working on.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dog both physically and mentally during our walks. We’ll explore different parts of the neighborhood, follow their nose to exciting smells, and stop for playtime if they’re up for it. I also like to switch up our route with safe parks or shaded paths to keep things fun and engaging.

Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for and raising dogs for over 10 years, and I currently have a rescue poodle named Zeke who I’ve had for 3 years. He’s spoiled with homemade meals, gets two walks a day, and plenty of playtime chasing balls. I treat every dog I care for like family—because that’s what they are. My goal isn’t just to walk your dog, but to make sure they have fun, feel safe, and enjoy their time out. I’m attentive, experienced, and genuinely passionate about dogs. Whether your pup is high-energy or needs gentle care, I’ll tailor the experience to what they need most.
Reviews

Joshua took such great care of our pup, Peanut, while we were away. He made sure to communicate with us every visit, and when our pup seemed as tho she could benefit from an extra visit than we originally booked, he made sure to make time in his schedule to make it to where we could book her a mid-day visit with him for the rest of our trip. He was very thorough on his rover cards with all of the information on our pups visits with him, and made sure to send lots of photos. We really appreciate Joshua and will definitely be booking with him on the future.

Joshua did amazing with our pup. We had 2 visits a day scheduled, and he mentioned she looked very lonely and seemed like she had been holding her bladder for awhile between visits, so we added a third mid-day visit and he said she perked right up.
