I have over four years of experience in animal care and I am currently studying HNC in Animal Care. I have grown up with dogs my entire life, caring for a range of breeds from small Chorkies to large American Mastiffs. I am confident in feeding, walking, administering medication and providing daily care tailored to each dog’s needs. Through my course, I have completed a dog training unit and I have also taken a private dog grooming course, giving me a good understanding of behaviour, handling and coat care. I am reliable, patient and focused on making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable and well looked after.

I live in a quiet one-bedroom flat with a calm environment that is well suited for pets. While I do not have a garden, I make sure dogs receive regular walks, exercise, and outdoor time to meet their needs. Inside, I have a spacious living area and hallway, and I can easily adjust the space to keep pets comfortable and safe. For cats staying in my home, I am happy to keep them indoors to ensure their safety. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I always stick closely to their usual routine to help them feel settled and secure. For example, when cat sitting for my siblings, I made sure they were safely indoors by their usual time, followed their feeding schedule, and stayed with them until they were settled for the night. I am attentive, trustworthy, and always prioritise a pet’s safety, comfort, and routine, making sure they feel as relaxed as possible while in my care.

We are very happy with the service Joshua provided while looking after our dog. He made sure our dog got plenty of exercise. We will use his service again in the near future!
Josh took the time to look after my two orange cats at short notice, and I cannot speak highly enough. I was away for the weekend, and having someone as caring and attentive as Josh genuinely put my mind at ease. He communicated very frequently, sent photos and gave regular updates. Everything was kept clean and the cats were made to feel happy and prioritized. I would absolutely recommend him and use him again to look after my cats.
Joshua has looked after my cats a few times now and they have always been happy and healthy after I’ve returned. He’s always kept everything clean and made my pets the priority. He’s a nice individual who obviously really cares and respects animals.
Josh is a family friend that has been kind enough to look after my cats for a weekend while I was away. Josh is all about animals and it was great having someone as dedicated as Josh to look after my cats. I would have no problem recommending Josh for any kind of pet care and would definitely use him again to look after my fur babies.
Josh has looked after my cats overnight on a number of occasions when I am away for the weekend. I have 4 cats, 2 of which are Maine Coons that need daily grooming to prevent mats. One of my Maine Coons also has hip displaysia and needs daily pain medication which Josh gets her to take without any issue. I would highly recommend Josh for any type of pet sitting. My cats adore him when he is there. They are always so well looked and my mind is at ease knowing they are in good hands.
J walked my dog for the past couple months. He is very reliable and always took great care of my dog and her needs. J has always been happy to do more than required, overall J is a very lovely person and a very good care taker to my dog, My dog always happy when she comes back from walk with J.

Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine and I am available most days throughout the week. I currently attend college Wednesday to Friday, but I live very close and can return home during lunch breaks to check on pets if needed. I also have shorter days towards the end of the week, which gives me additional flexibility. Outside of college hours, I am fully available for walks, visits and pet sitting. I am committed to providing consistent, reliable care and can adapt my schedule to suit each pet’s needs.
