Great for Active Dogs
Pet care experience
Living in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac with my wife. We have ample room in our home, a small kennel and a large-size kennel that can be used at the owner's request. We have a fenced back yard in the back of a cul-de-sac and nearby lakes and nature trails. About this sitter: Great location for active dogs. I typically go for long walks around the lake which is less than a block away. Why I love dog sitting My family had 2 dogs over my lifetime (one mutt and one Yellow Lab) and were very much a part of my childhood along with my own black lab. All have since passed away, but my wife and I currently looking for some friendly dogs to spend time with. Meet my pets Our black lab passed 2 years ago at the age of 14 About my yard We have a fenced backyard with plenty of room for bathroom breaks and playing.

We get up early every day and spend a lot of time at the house. If we accept your request that means we are not planning to be away from the home for too long during the day. We go for frequent walks and can accommodate varying feeding schedules.

We have no dog breed preferences. All friendly dogs are welcome. We just would like to know: 1 where they like to sleep, what times they are fed, whether they are a flight risk, and their typical routine.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I live in a residential neighborhood off of a dead-end street within a cul-de-sac. There are plenty of paved pedestrian trails and tree lined paths near the lakes behind my house. Your dog's sleeping arrangement I have a small and a large-size kennel cage. Your dog would have free range to sleep wherever they felt comfortable. Time I'll spend with your dog Although we currently work 8 hour days, we take a long walk every night around the neighborhood and are very flexible on weekends and holidays.
