My schedule is very flexible at the moment, and I work from home, which allows me to adjust to the needs of each pet and their routine. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays, and can provide daytime care, evening check-ins, or extended stays depending on what works best for you and your pet.

Because I work from home, pets are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention throughout the day. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pet company, but I can also provide quiet spaces if your pet prefers more independence. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will always follow your care instructions closely. My focus is on creating a safe, calm environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for.

I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for nearly 30 years, including pets with special needs. My last dog, Homer, had epilepsy and lived to 10, and I currently have a 9-year-old dog named Gordo. I have experience with administering medication, supporting senior pets, and managing safe environments for all energy levels. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for decades to walk, feed, bathe, and watch their pets, both in my home and theirs. I’ve also provided cat sitting, home sitting, and consistent support for pets who need extra attention.

Joshua has been wonderful caretaker for our dog when we have needed him. He is a caring, kind, and loving person. Our dog, Max, enjoys spending time with him. Josh watched my dog Mando for 2 weeks in May. During that time he took him to the park, gave him all sorts of love, sent pictures, and basically made sure Mando was happy and safe.
