Information Joshua L. would like to know about your pet

I have no preferences or fears of any breeds. I avoid traffic as much as possible when walking dogs and I go slow when getting to know them. Nothing really bothers me, especially medically, but I am not formally trained on how to inject a dog with medication. Do I know how to do it? Yes. But I am not *formally trained and certified* to do so.

A typical day

I like to play with dogs as hard or as gentle as they want to play; they don't scare me, and I do not push them. As much as I love dogs, I am even "more" of a cat person, and will snuggle them and give them however much attention they want in that particular moon-phase. :)

Pet care experience

I have never NOT had multiple animals in my home. I have cared for other people's animals throughout my whole adult life. I have medically cared for senior animals and "special needs" animals. I served a 12 year career as a fulltime firefighter EMT, which translates to this as having common sense, calm reactions, and basic medical knowledge.

Joshua took his time talking to me; he introduced my pup to the dogs, showed me where he would be allowed (backyard, downstairs area, etc), and answered any questions I had. He also asked questions which reassured me that he would be prepared to handle things. He sent updates and pictures to calm my nervous - much appreciated! Couldn’t have been happier with how it went and met a super nice family in the process! Branscomb had an awesome stay and will be back
