We were delighted with Joshua! He and his family were great about sending photos and updates about how our dog was doing while we were away. We will happily board our dog with him again in the future.

***DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - THEY LOST MY DOG*** If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely unsafe and unacceptable experience from start to finish. I booked with Joshua and communicated with him directly through the Rover app, and he was present when we dropped our dog off. However, the address listed in the app was incorrect. When I called upon arrival, a female identifying herself as Jen answered and provided a different address. This alone shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic attention to detail. When I arrived at the correct address, the condition of the property was alarming. The front porch had rotted wood with holes in the steps and flooring, creating an obviously unsafe environment for any pet. THE MOST SERIOUS ISSUE: About 12 hours after I dropped my dog off at 7:00 PM, I received a call at 7:00 AM the next morning, again from Jen, saying they had LOST MY DOG. I had clearly stated in my care instructions that he must be kept on a leash when outside, which was evidently not followed. During that call, she was talking in circles and making vague comments about my dog being “not a good fit” and “anxious,” instead of clearly explaining the situation. I had to repeatedly ask, “Do you have eyes on him?” After asking multiple times, she finally admitted that she did not know where he was. This demonstrates a complete failure in supervision, communication, and basic responsibility, and it put my dog in real danger. When my dog was picked up by a family member (as we were away on vacation), his bed was found upside down on the front porch and soaked underneath. When asked what happened, they claimed they didn’t know. That level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. This experience was chaotic, negligent, and dangerous. I strongly urge anyone considering this sitter to look elsewhere. Your pet’s safety may be at risk.

Jen was awesome with Max and Daizy! I’m always a little nervous leaving them, but she made me feel so much better with updates and how well she handled everything. My pups can be a little particular, and she did great with them. You can tell she really cares. Definitely would book her again!

Josh has a lovely property and our country dog fit right in. Our pup returned happy and healthy after his weekend stay.

My puppy has the best time. Excited when he arrives & exhausted from all the fun he had at pick-up.
