Life long animal lover & caretaker
I grew up with standard poodles and other animals, so animal care as always been a big part of my life. I've worked as a vet assistant and kennel tech where I assisted with exams and took care of boarded animals at the clinic. Some were boarded for a few days or while the recovered from surgery. I handled things like giving medication, baths, feeding and walks as well as cleaning the kennel facility. I've extended that same standard of thorough and compassionate care to all aspects of dog care, ensuring their care and well-being is the top priority!

Joshua did a great job taking care of my elderly pup! He cooked his dinner for him and managed to get down all of his medications. I appreciated the many photos.
My dog Tucker had a wonderful time at Josh’s place! I could not have felt more confident flying across the country for a week and got lots of updates along the way. Will definitely be booking again!
Joshua and his daughter took the best care of my little Buddy! He can be a bit unmotivated to eat, especially in a new place and his daughter started hand feeding him to help coax him a bit. 🥹 I got lots of regular updates and pictures and felt so happy knowing my sweet boy was being taken such great care of!
My dogs were extremely well cared for by Joshua and his daughter. He was super accommodating and sent a lot of updates while I was on my trip. I would not hesitate to rebook with him should I need a Dogsitter again!
Josh is a very considerate and attentive sitter. Couldn't have asked for more.
This was our dog’s 2nd stay with Joshua. We’ve been so happy during both of his stays with the level of care he receives, and with the communication and updates we receive from Joshua. We know he’s in great hands, and look forward to continuing to utilize Joshua as our dog’s sitter during any future trips!

I have a flexible schedule and I can walk your dog several times a day as needed and they can play in the backyard, lounge on a covered porch or stay indoors. I also can take them to the small beach at the end of my street or the famous Dog Beach for exercise and a swim if you like.

I live in a house on a quiet street, in a pet friendly neighborhood along Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach. I have a large backyard and side yard that locks and a shady covered porch. Your dog is more than welcome to stay inside the house the entirety of their stay as well. i like to watch behaved and non aggressive dogs.

I’m happy to walk your dogs several times a day. They can play in my backyard, lounge on the porch or stay inside relaxing on the couch. I have a small beach at the end of my street and also live close to Dog Beach and can take your dog there if you like.
