Need a hand with your paws?
I was thrown into the role of pet caretaker ever since I could walk. From feeding the cats, walking the dogs, rounding up the goats, and everything in between I have done it all. My love for caretaking grew outside of my own as I worked as a Doggy Daycare attendant at Barks and Rec in Trail BC. My knowledge for the animals has grown exponentially as I enrolled in a Dog Behavioural and Ethology course, heavily learning how to take specific energy from a specific breed and redirect it in a way that scratches their instinctive itch. I will not be another sitter and/or walker you can just drop your pet off and expect them to be safe. I want to show my skills and a trainer and caretaker by keeping your pet engaged and entertained the whole time.

Joshua is by far the Best Dog person I have ever met. I have an old dog named Eli who is very shy and has trouble eating while I am away. Thankfully, Joshua took the time to come over and meet Eli leading up to my trip. Was nice to see him in action and how his relationship with dogs is. While I was away Joshua Sent me photos and videos of Eli walking laps around the yard and Snuggling on the couch. Eli has a hard time going up and down stairs and with Joshua's tips and tricks didn't just help while he was Dog Sitting Eli but as well as letting me know how to better help my pup. Joshua's patience and love for dogs lets me feel safe to leave him with Eli whenever and for however long worry free. You have a Dog sitter and trainer in one! Thank you Joshua!

Schedule
I am currently working short hours from home and have the freedom to do as I please so if and when you choose me to walk and/or care for your pet, they WILL have my 100% attention 100% of my efforts 100% of the time

I have a backyard with large grass sections for bathroom breaks, play time, and brain games. The days will be spent inside/ outside unless requested otherwise. I live in a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood, perfect for long and short walks. With a year of professional Dog Daycare experience, and over 10 years of freelance/ personal training and sitting; you can trust that I will love, care for, and respect your pets.

A typical day
I love maintaining structured walk or play time. Allowing the dogs to comfortably tap in to their natural instincts with one another, while keeping an obedient environment is a beautiful thing to witness and is what inspires me as an enthusiast.
