Joshua & his family are so friendly and warm! Definitely very welcoming when dropping my pup off. I didn't have any concerns with the environment or family at all! Despite the kindness, I do feel that the communication levels were bad. I had to be the one to reach out to get updates on my dog. I definitely don't expect several messages/photos a day, but the first time utilizing a sitter, I'd expect better communication prompted on the sitter's side and don't feel that I should be the one having to request updates each time on my dog. I had to ask twice over a period of 2 days before even getting a photo the third day after I asked the first time. I did request photos and updates for this stay when I originally reached out to him for booking.

Joshua was super easy to get in touch with and flexible when our original pickup time needed to shift. We plan to use him again in the future to watch River!

Schedule
I'm home throughout the weekdays, and on Saturday Afternoons, so I have lots of time to look after cute pups!! Sundays are the only days I will not be available.
