Worked as a vet tech for years, trained, boarded, and owned a daycare. Did a semester of Veterinary school. Well versed in many areas when it comes to your pet. I am focused on exercise...and any of the dogs that need some basic training, socializing, and some behavioral modifications if needed.

Josh's knowledge of animals and attentiveness to Remy far, far exceeded my expectations. I could not have asked for a better sitter. I recently adopted Remy and he's still getting used to a new environment; I was nervous to leave him in yet another new environment for a week. The nerves were unwarranted Josh's dogs bonded instantly and I've gotten many videos of them all playing well together. Josh's communication is 10/10; I'll never consider commercial boarding—Josh's care for Remy far exceeds anything he'd get somewhere else.
Joshua is a rare kind of dog person, the kind who truly gets them. Not just the basics, but the subtle language of body and energy. He watched my dog Annika for two nights, and I can honestly say she came back more relaxed and grounded. Annika isn’t the easiest dog. She’s a rescue with a complex past, a strong prey drive, and a deep sensitivity to energy. But Joshua met her exactly where she was, with calm, confidence, and a deep understanding of her breed and background. He didn’t just “watch” her; he connected with her. And that made all the difference. It was such a relief to know she was in the care of someone who not only understood her needs but could also gently guide her through them. He even managed to navigate her prey drive around his cat (which I still can’t quite believe!). That kind of intuitive, respectful handling is rare. If you’re looking for someone to care for your dog with presence, patience, and real skill, Joshua is your person. He has a special touch, and your dog will feel it. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Josh is great. We’re so glad we found him. He is attentive, punctual, thoughtful, responsive and definitely knows how dogs act and react.
Joshua was an excellent host and his dogs did excellent with our dog Duke! He came home tuckered out after a long day of playing! He sent pictures and kept us in the loop which was perfect since we rarely leave Duke alone. 10/10 would recommend!!
Josh is great. You can just tell he’s really good with his own pack and he’s also great at introducing new dogs to them. His property is very nice. Lots of space to run around outside with some private spaces if dogs need alone time. Josh is very easy to work with. Very happy to have met him.

Schedule
I work full time as a dog sitter, and will make sure all dogs get the exercise needed during the day.. an exercised pet... is a happy pet. All dogs sleep indoors.

Everyone will be housed indoors at night. The dogs will be exercised multiple times a day. My goal is to have a working pack that all work together. Socialization is the goal..
