We provide a combined 50 years of hands-on experience raising fur babies of all types. From cats, dogs, ferrets, rats and mice there is no end to the joy and companionship that we have been fortunate enough to share with our little ones throughout the years. Now let us share our experience with your favorite pet! We engage in many thrilling walks, games, massage sessions, and sing-alongs an a weekly basis in our home. We have experience with puppies, middle aged, senior and special needs dogs. One of our former little men was diagnosed with Mega esophagus, which Covid provided a means to not only understand but to learn to overcome on a daily basis. He was under 10 pounds and had a special chair that he would be more than willing to share with others of his particular disorder. Let our home be a welcome "Home away from home" experience for your favorite pet!

Our family was very pleased with the care our dog received from Susan and Josh. Walks, yard time, medicine distribution, and daily pictures and updates made us feel comfortable. Both Susan and Josh seem to love and care about the pets they watch as their own! I highly recommend booking with them if you want a worry free get away! We will be back!

Susan and Josh have been wonderful caretakers for our 2 pups for the last few years. Not only do the dogs get company and walks but are also cared for with health issues. They have been very accommodating in availability as well as understanding when occasional timing blips pop up. So thankful for their love and patience with our kids!

Schedule
We work from home 5 days a week so usually are available full time for our guests. Since our little one are so demanding of our energy we seldom are out for more than a few hours at a time even when we do work away from home.

Safety, trust & environment
We have 4 little ones that are getting better at engaging other dogs of their size (under 20 lbs). They make great play companions for our guests. For those larger or more isolated we do offer single accomodations as well.

A typical day
Living near the St. Charles River Trail provides access to fun, safe, and any distance walk needed for just the right amount of exercise for your four-legged (Or less) companion. Is your dog not a fan of walks? Instead our fully enclosed modern zen garden provides countless tosses of the tennis ball, sun lounging, or even romping with the other resident k9's!
