Pet Care Philosophy I bring over two years of experience as an investigator on Rover’s corporate Trust & Safety team, along with a background as a nursing assistant. This combination gives me a strong focus on safety, compassion, and consistency in every pet care situation. My experience allows me to comfortably care for pets with special needs and administer oral, injectable, or topical medications. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes, as well as cats. If you have any other type of pet, please reach out to discuss their specific needs. I never leave pets unattended outdoors, even if the backyard is fenced. I also follow clear safety protocols set by Rover corporate to keep your pet secure, comfortable, and happy. My goal is to create a calm, trustworthy environment where your pet feels safe and loved; just like they would with you. I always begin with a meet and greet to make sure we’re a good fit and to learn about your pet’s unique needs and personality. This is also a vital time for you to ask me any questions and ensure you are completely comfortable with the care plan. Josh was an amazing sitter for our dog Jack! It was 4th of July weekend and Josh made sure that Jack was comfortable and well cared for, especially during the fireworks. He kept me updated often and sent pictures each day! Jack loved him and we would definitely book with Josh again.
Josh is just fabulous. He's so thoughtful and attentive both to my pets and my home. I cannot recommend him enough.
Josh cared for my senior bichon mix at my home while I was out of town. He was communicative and thoughtful, including by bringing out the trash and prepping my dog’s meals for the two days after I was back. I can absolutely recommend him.
