I'm a full time artist, and work on my own farm including 30+ hens, 2 terriers, 3 cats, 2 shubunkins and a uromastyx. I've often time found myself going out of town, and in need of someone like me to pop in now and again and take care of things while I'm gone, I'm hoping I can be that for someone else in need

My clients pets are their family, when I come to your home, I will take care of your animals as you request I do. I've always been comfortable around a variety of animals, and have decades of experience dealing with things from excitable pitbulls to angry parrots. My home is unfortunately not available to board animals, while my terriers love people, they're intimidated by other dogs, and there's no reason to give any animal undo stress at a time where you're not with them, their most trusted person

I would love to know if your pet has a favorite toy, or a style of play or interaction that they best connect with. I'd also really appreciate knowing any no-no spots or anything they don't apricate, I'd hate to do anything to make them distrust me
A typical day
All pets are different, some dogs love playing fetch, others just like to take walks. Some cats just want to nap, others need interactivity via toys or lasers. I'd love to know what your pet enjoys doing, and I'll meet their needs and wants!

Pet care experience
I've had pets for most of my life, I spent 20+ years in the Pet Industry taking of a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats to tarantulas and salt water fish. I've been living and working on a farm for 10 years, taking care of my own animals, and am no stranger to larger farm animals. I currently work with a mobile petting zoo, and I volunteer at the Woodland Park Zoo, using my accumulated animal knowledge to educate guests and patrons.

As always, a great week with my big boy!!! Josh took the time and consideration to check the sidewalks throughout their walk on an extremely hot day and ensured he was not getting his toe beans burned. Always communicative and keeping me updated on how the walk went, behaviors, issues with stool, etc. and making sure he gets water when they are back in. He's my first choice to take care of my 120+ lb boy!
As always, Josh is amazing with my big boy. Had a couple of new curveballs thrown at them this week and he negotiated him around them perfectly! If you want someone who truly loves animals and is just an all around amazing guy - Josh is it! Definitely keeping him busy as my work schedule changes. 😊
Josh is always amazing with Marley. He keeps me up to date on how my pup is doing and helped me in a pinch when I needed him for my work schedule change. Absolutely will keep using his services and recommend highly!!!
Josh did an amazing job with Rocky! Rocky's care is a lot more complicated these days but Josh was patient with him and made sure Rocky got the best care and companionship while we were gone. Josh really gave us peace of mind when we were anxious to leave Rocky. Really lucky to have such a good dog sitter!
