I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritise their safety, comfort, and routine. In my home or a pet owner’s home, I make sure the environment is calm, clean, and secure, removing any hazards and ensuring doors, gates, and food areas are safe at all times. I’m very attentive to a pet’s behaviour and body language and will always act quickly if something seems off. I also keep owners regularly updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident and relaxed while their pet is in my care.

A typical day
A typical day with me is active, caring, and tailored to each dog’s needs. We’ll enjoy plenty of walks, playtime, and mental stimulation, whether that’s exploring local routes, playing fetch, or practising basic commands. I make sure every dog gets lots of attention, affection, and regular breaks for water, rest, and treats. I always keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable, while sticking closely to their usual routine so they feel relaxed and at home

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs (and cats). I’ve had dogs since I was 9 years old (a lovely English Springer Spaniel) and a very boisterous Cocker Spaniel named Lola. I’ve been exposed to dogs my whole life surrounded by family and have encountered pretty much every situation imaginable.

I have Josh asked to dog sit for me whilst I was on holiday for a week with my dog who is very anxious. He did great, kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos with them out on their walks and even gave her medicine when she was feeling unwell. When he brought her back to my house she wouldn’t leave his side! I definitely recommend, he’s friendly and great with dogs.
