Booked 14 walks while we were away, after the first week he had only done 2. I texted him and asked how the walks were going and he said good. Also on the Tuesday June 2 Sydney was left alone for 17 hours, missed 2 meals and did not get go go outside to go to the bathroom. As it turned out there were extenuating circumstances around this event, but I was not contacted at all to let me know what the situation was so I could have arranged an alternate sitter. He also never communicated the reason why he was not doing the daily walks. Very poor service, would not hire again. This was the first time I used Rover and. will probably not use them again.
Josh was wonderful with Kanchi as always!
Josh is always quick to respond to requests, and gentle with my two dogs.
