Why Are We on Rover? 🐾 Simple: we LOVE dogs! We work from home and have created the DMV Puppy Palace- a cozy, home-like alternative to crowded kennels and busy daycares. Your pup will be treated like family with plenty of playtime, snuggles, belly rubs, and personalized attention. I love making every guest feel like part of our extended fur family. 🐶 Andres I've been surrounded by dogs my entire life and also volunteered at the Miami Humane Society, gaining experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and needs. 🩺 Merissa A veterinary technician with 5+ years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. From energetic pups to seniors needing extra attention, they're in experienced, loving hands. At the DMV Puppy Palace, your pup isn't just staying with us—they're part of the family. ❤️🐾

We had a good experience with Josh & Andres. They were able to schedule a meet-and-greet with our dog beforehand, which was very helpful. They were both friendly, responsive, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They also kept us updated with pictures of our dog during his stay, which we really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely recommend Josh & Andres to other pet owners, especially if your dog enjoys playing and socializing with other dogs!
Another great experience! It’s obvious our dog was well cared for, happy, and comfortable during the stay. We would definitely recommend and will happily use Josh and Andres again!

We love spoiling our guest pups! They enjoy games like tug-of-war and fetch, cuddles and belly rubs. It’s a fun, loving environment with treats, playtime, and lots of care to make them feel right at home.

- Your pup is just as important to us as our morning coffee! ☕🐶 We’d love to get to know their personality, quirks, and daily routine. Please fill out the Care Instructions with as much detail as possible so we can give them the best experience (and avoid serving kale when they’d prefer bacon treats!). Here’s what we’d love to know: 🐾 Special Needs We’re happy to accommodate any special care your pup may need. 💊 Medications No problem! We have experience administering medications and can handle them with care. 🕒 Feeding Schedule Do they eat everything right away or prefer to graze? Let us know their routine. 🛋️ Furniture Rules Tell us what your dog is allowed at home—we’ll stick to your rules. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements If your pup uses a crate, please bring it along. If not, we have plenty of cozy spots for them to choose from. 🚫 Allergies / Diet Please bring your dog’s food and treats. We only feed what you provide. ⏳ Alone Time We’re usually home, but there may be occasional 2–4 hour periods when dogs are alone. 💉 Vaccinations For everyone’s safety, we require up-to-date Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccines.
