Scheduling : I work from home and make my own schedule. I’ve got plenty of room in my own house for more fur babies to love on! My busiest time is holidays. I used to watch a ton of dogs, but have limited my availability so I can give your pet more attention and care than a busy daycare facility. I try to maintain your dogs routine as best I can and have lots of toys and dog beds for their comfort.

New 6 ft fence installed in 2026!! I have done dog boarding in Oklahoma for years and am proud to be a safe and fun home for your loved one. I disinfect my home daily with natural pet friendly ingredients and maintain thorough cleanliness for the safety of your pets. I will not hesitate to give a dog a bath if needed or wash items you brought so that can be returned in the condition you brought them in. Please note, Some dogs play rough !! The backyard has grass and mulch and plants and tons of toys. It is important to remember dogs will be dogs and every once in awhile they may accidentally scratch or mark each other. I will perform any first aid if necessary, but they are often just superficial. High energy breeds are most susceptible. If I’m dropping in, I will follow your instructions and treat your home as if it were my own. I strive to keep this as stress free as we can for the animals sense of security and peace of mind- having a routine helps. And of course I will send you photos !

Please let me know of any special needs or behaviors that I need to account for with your pet. I will give any medications needed. Ps. I work very hard to disinfect and keep my home clean and go the extra mile to maintain a healthy environment for all. But a shared environment with dogs does have its risks, just like any boarding facility. If your dog shows signs of sickness during their stay, I will notify you. Please do not hesitate to notify me if your dog exhibits cough or signs of infection after returning home- for the safety of the other animals, it will help me take precautions and perform meticulous procedures of notifying pet parents and cleaning outside of my normal scope so I can continue to have a happy, healthy home full of pet friends.
A typical day
Lots of playing and snuggles! I’ve been told the house is like visiting a family friend and I take pride in that. The dogs give me a chance to get my own exercise in. I’m happy to take them on walks in my neighborhood or hang out in the backyard on the covered patio. I always have toys on stand by and dog beds for power naps and shade is key.

Officially full until July 20th but don’t hesitate to ask, tons of availability for August- I look forward to the summer bookings and Labor Day will be here before we know it ! My home is like a relaxing vacation home for your four legged friends- I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, fish, and horses. Please note that I am officially a full time Rover cat and dog sitter and strive to always fit new clients on my calendar. Even last minute bookings, but I do prefer only a few dogs at a time. I will follow your instructions perfectly to care for your baby- feed, walk, meds, litter or waste management, you name it. I have a fenced in backyard, your dogs will never be left alone, and am located conveniently off of HWY I-35, especially for folks coming and going to Texas. I ❤️ my repeat clients

Josephine was great. Was a crazy weather weekend that impacted her and her family while we were out of state and she took excellent care of my pups. I would highly recommend her anytime!
This was our first time using Josephine as we just moved to the area. She was so sweet and accommodating. She sent pictures and updates even if I didn't ask for them. My pups were happy and well loved with her. She picked up on their personalities very quickly and catered to them based on what they were needing. We will continue to use her as long as she'll have us!
Wow - what can I say. We did not know our pup was getting sick when we dropped him off. She noticed he was in distress and called us right away. Turns out it was pancreatitis. She spent hours at the vet. Way way above and beyond. Sent updates and pictures. We offered to fly home - but she took care of everything. We have never had a pet get sick at a sitter - but I am so glad he was with Josie. She most likely saved his life with her quick action.
