Pet care is my whole life. I work at a doggy daycare when I have time, volunteer at shelters and work as an apprentice dog trainer full time. This field is something that is extremely important to me. Taking care of your furry friends is not a chore.

My approach focuses on providing a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for your pet. I will try my best to stick to your normal routine so the pup doesn't get too misplaced with you being away. They get set on schedules so quickly. I will not push them out of their comfort zones, in order to create a closer connection with your pup. I make sure to give every animal the amount of playtime they're used to and get their energy out. Your pup will be have so much fun with me!

Important information that I need to know would be medications, any special needs, time of their dinner, what they eat, their age and their breed. I also need to know their vet and a local emergency contact!
A typical day
I specialize in finding what motivates a dog, whether it’s a flirt pole, a ball, or play in general. I will take them on walks, and if the dog is a cuddler, they’ll get cuddles

I currently work as an apprentice dog trainer, which my hours are 7-3 from Tuesday through Saturday. Working with your animals is more than just a side gig, it’s helping me gain experience in a field that is all about experience! I have experience training puppies and taking care of senior pets, so I can assure you, your pet will be well taken care of while you’re out of town! If you have any training questions I am more than happy to answer them! I have 2 dogs and 1 cat, none of which would come with me to these overnight stays.

Josephine (JC) was fantastic. She did really well with our dogs when we had a brief meet and greet. She showed up on time on the day that her booking started. She sent us regular updates via text message and photos. The dogs really clearly liked her. I'm very eager to plan another trip and book her again.
JC was wonderful with our dogs and a fantastic house guest! She was very timely and easy to communicate with. We needed her last minute and she made a meet and greet happen before hand. I loved receiving daily pictures and videos of my dogs playing and snuggling with her. Would highly recommend her!
JC was punctual and great with communication! She sent updates and photos of our dogs even though it was a short stay. That was so much appreciated! I would definitely ask her to watch our dogs again; they were very relaxed when we came back home so I know they had good care and didn’t miss us too much.
