Hi, I’m Josie! 🐾 I’ve always loved dogs and have my own golden retriever, Mocha! I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. I have professional experience working at a dog daycare, where I care for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and energy levels. I’m Pet First Aid certified and have experience administering oral medications. I’m also comfortable following individual routines, whether your dog needs lots of playtime and exercise, extra cuddles, or a little patience while they warm up. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I want you to feel confident that they’re safe, happy, and getting plenty of love while you’re away. I’ll treat your dog like they’re my own and keep you updated with photos and messages along the way. ❤️🐶

Josephine was great with our nervous pup. Sent lots of updates and photos, and was very accommodating when we had to pick our pup up a little late.
She did a great job with two puppies that are a handful. We felt comfortable the whole time when she was sending us pictures and videos of there stay

Josephine was wonderful while taking care of my puppy! At first I was very nervous leaving my puppy with anyone but Josephine was very responsible and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend!

Schedule
I currently work parttime, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. On my days off, I’m able to dedicate my time and attention to the dogs staying with me. I enjoy making sure they get plenty of playtime, walks, cuddles, and one on one attention throughout the day. 🐾❤️

I have a fenced backyard with my one dog who is a 4 year old neutered golden. I also have a garage as extra space to cool down in if needed. We have many treats as well (let me know if there are any allergies!).

A typical day
We will explore the neighbourhood, take walks, visit dog parks, play, and cuddle at their own pace. If your dog enjoys other dogs, my golden, Mocha, will be available to play and hang out with.
