I’m a Jack of all trades, substitute teacher, performer, freelancer, so my schedule varies, but I can generally drop in every 4-8 hours. Mondays and Wednesdays are usually busy throughout the day, but I have the capacity to hang out all day on all other days.

A typical day
I love to play with dogs. We will go for walks around the neighborhood/in local parks. I will bring them to the dog park if they’re friendly with other dogs where they can play with others and we can play fetch. I also love to sit and hang out, if that’s what they’d like to do.

Pet care experience
I’ve been actively sitting on Rover for almost two years and I’ve taken care of large and small breeds of dogs since I was a child through their senior years. I also grew up with indoor/outdoor cats turned fully indoor and have experience with escape artists. I currently have four cats and have adopted senior cats in the past and am familiar with administering oral medicines.

Josephine did a great job taking care of my two large dogs while I was away for 5 days. She sent pictures of the dogs everyday and made sure they felt right at home. The house was taken care of and she left it cleaner than it started. Would definitely book again
Josephine jumped in at the last minute and gave amazing care for my cat who needs regular prescription food and fresh water, and for our outdoor bird feeders and bird baths. She followed my directions to a T and kept in constant communication regarding her activities, complete with photos each time, as well as regular updates regarding my cat’s ability to urinate (the issue he struggles with). She even offered to dispense meds if needed. Thank you so much, Josephine. You’re an awesome caregiver, and I was able to have a worry-free weekend with my granddaughter and her dog💝
