I was very disappointed with this experience. I understand that Lola (one of my two dogs) can take some time to warm up to a new walker, and I had mentioned this beforehand. However, when issues came up, I was mostly told about the problems without any clear plan or solutions. I was at a three-day convention and found myself having to come up with suggestions from a distance instead of receiving updates from the walker about how he planned to handle the situation :/ I also had concerns about the walk reports. The mileage tracked was extremely limited compared to our previous Rover experiences, and the updates were very inconsistent. The first day included only one unusable photo, and there was essentially no report on the second day. I ultimately cancelled the third walk. I understand dog walking may be a side job for some people, but we are trusting someone we don’t know with our puppies. At a minimum, I expect clear communication, initiative when issues arise, and an accurate, informative report of the service provided.

Joseph was great with Bowser. He took my advice on how to meet my pup and everything went great! When I asked how things were Joseph got back quickly and reassured me he and Bowser had a good walk. Thank you Joseph for giving him the exercise he needed while we were away.

Joseph was so easy to communicate with and set everything up. Highly recommend!
